Logan Township, NJ | For the third time this season the fastest time in Rutgers University-Newark's history has been rewritten. Henry Moore finished in 23rd today at the NCAA DIII Regional Championships and was named All-Region. As a team, the Scarlet Raiders tallied 346 points, good for a 13th place finish, their highest finish in school history.
